COVID-19 Information:

In the academic year 2020/21, the Executive MBA@UW courses have been scheduled in a traditional in-class format. If, due the coronavirus pandemic, the regular classes are not possible for a given period of time, we are 100% prepared and ready to continue classes online.

Admission procedures

Successful applicants to the EMBA program must fulfil all the admission requirements for postgraduate study at the University of Warsaw meeting the conditions set by the Association of MBAs and EFMD. Fulfilment of these requirements ensures the continuing quality and success of the EMBA program.
Once the applicant has completed all of the admission requirements, the admission committee will make a decision.  Every applicant will receive a letter from the EMBA program informing the applicant of the admission decision. 

The condition for admission to the entrance examination is:

1. Registration in the IRK (UoW student recruitment system):

2. Delivery of a set of application documents:

  • printed from the IRK system and signed:
    • applications for admission to studies
    • personal questionnaire
  • the original diploma of completing first or second degree studies
  • the original index or transcript of the grades (or diploma supplement if issued)
  • two letters of recommendation (preferred: from current or previous employer / supervisor and colleague). Letters should be delivered in sealed envelopes; the content of the letters will not be disclosed to the candidate
  • one photo
  • an ID document presented while submitting documents or approaching the exam

Please carefully read all forms and fill them in on the computer or hand writing in capital letters.

3. A minimum of three years of professional experience

including managerial responsibilities: preferred professional experience in managerial positions. Information about the experience should be placed in the application form in the sections designated for this purpose.

4. Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

5. Payment of a non-refundable application fee of 1000 PLN

The entrance exam consists of:

  • Mathematics (basic calculus level), logical reasoning, and problem solving – 60 min.
  • English (reading comprehension and grammar) – 60 min.
  • Interview – 20 min.

Information session

We cordially invite you to information sessions organized at the headquarters of the International Management Center and online. The information sessions are conducted by the director of the Executive MBA program, dr Tomasz Ludwicki. We will keep you up to date on information sessions on our websites and social profiles.

The cost of the Executive MBA (US) program in 2020

The tuitioin fee is 8,000.00 USD plus 44,900.00 PLN in total for 3 semesters.
The tuition fee is payable in three installments at the beginning of each semester:
