Graduation

In June, graduates and their families are invited to the Senate Hall of the Kazimierzowski Palace on the historical campus of Warsaw University. The graduation ceremony is led by the Rector and is usually attended by the U.S. Ambassador to Poland, as well as the Dean of the College and other representatives of the Program faculty. The diplomas are handed out, a keynote lecture is delivered, special achievement awards are presented to students, and the festivities end with a reception in the Golden Hall of the Palace. Past keynotes speaker have included: Professor Leszek Balcerowicz, the Director of the National Bank of Poland; Professor Jacek Holówka, from the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology; Professor Andrzej K. Kozminski, the Rector of the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management; and Dr. Wieslaw Rozlucki, the director of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The students and their proud families continue their celebration into the evening at one of Warsaw's restaurants or clubs.
