1. What are Your impressions of teaching EMBA@UW students?

The UW EMBA students are co-creators of my lectures. The atmosphere of the class is very important for the teacher in order to deliver an interesting and a lot-giving lecture. One of the most important factors influencing the atmosphere in the classroom are the UW EMBA students, whose knowledge, experience, behavior and engagement give the “stage” its profile. The “stage” where the professor (me) acts, can enhance and facilitate the education process. The interaction of students and lecturer during the class hours make one whole “organism” where the symbiosis happen with the help of which two parties share knowledge and experience.

2. What is the impact of your professional experience on the work of a lecturer?

Due to the fact that Business Administration field of studies belong to the applied science, it is very imporant for the faculty to have both, theoretical knowledge and practical experience. With the blend of these two, lectures are more rich, close-to-reality, theory intensive with practical examples and useful to the students. My entrepreneural spirit, working history in different companies and theoretical background gives me ability to enrich my lectures.

3. Have You got any advice for future EMBA graduates?

Be:

Pationate what you do

Responsive to the people you love and respect

Inspiring to the people around you

Direct in your decisions

Enriching in your journey of life.
