MBA studies provide knowledge and implementation skills

In the process of growth, many companies face similar problems, such as changes of the capital structure or investments in new products. In the history of business there are good solutions to such problems and learning about them was the main purpose of MBA studies, in my case. The experience of companies with the similar profile, such as IBM in the process of introduction new products based on NPV analysis were directly implemented in the decision process in my company.

The real test of the value of MBA studies is undoubtedly the final consulting project that uses analytical skills gained in different fields such as finance or marketing. The tools we have used in the project of opening the subsidiary in China, helped my company to decrease the risk in the decision process and to define precisely the investment conditions. For my company this was a clear step forward that simplifies and decentralizes the strategical decision process.
